The wood floors throughout our condo were damaged due to water. Yeager Flooring was instrumental in walking us through the insurance process and connecting us with an appraiser to work with the insurance company and double the amount they initially gave. Yeager was very flexible in sliding the dates to redo our floors once the insurance process finally played out. They did the entire demo of the old floor in a day and then laid down cork sound barrier and tile. The floor turned out gorgeous! The only issue we had through the process was that the glass top on our brand new induction stove was damaged; Yeager sent out an appliance repair guy and replaced the entire top without reservation. They made the entire process manageable and approachable. All of their people were friendly and professional. Their work is exquisite. They addressed any issues that came up and made things right. Yeager is top notch! I had spent some time looking for a flooring company and knew instantly when they came out that Yeager was the flooring company we were going to choose. From start to finish, everyone at Yeager was professional, happy, and responsive. We had carpet removed on a stairway and hallway in our house and had wood flooring installed. Fernando and Fernando were professional, fast, and did amazing work. They left the house spotless when they were done. I will be using them again and will absolutely refer them to family and friends. I was thrilled with the job the two gentlemen completed with my new flooring. They were professional, on time when they said they would be there, and worked without even stopping for lunch. I have had Yeager complete work in my home in the past...and, friends said "hey try this company or that company" BUT, my Mother years ago had a saying "you get what you pay for". I'll stick with Yeager they did a GREAT job 7 years ago, and again last week.
