"They were very attentive to detail and I received a great deal of information during the initial meeting. They promptly sent the proposal and when called with questions, answered quickly. Once we accepted the proposal, the job was scheduled within a few days. The installer arrived promptly and they worked all day with just a break for lunch...They were very professional and cleaned up their area well. When the problem arose with the baseboard being too high above the new flooring, they immediately came up with the solution and took care of it by removing the baseboard and placing it at a proper height for the new flooring."
"We called Yeager flooring on a Friday morning and Bud Yeager showed up that afternoon to give us an estimate. He knows his flooring inside and out. We also had two other estimates, but, decided to go with Yeager. We are VERY glad we did. They delivered the flooring four days before installation to let the product acclimate to the house. The installation crew was at our house at 8:00 AM the day of installation, and all cleaned up and gone by 3:30 PM that day. "The entire process from start to finish was superb. We researched hardwood flooring companies over a period of time before choosing Yeager & Co. to do the work. Both the owner Jim Yeager and the design consultant were very knowledgeable and helpful with the product selection. They explained the entire installation process so we were prepared for the installers when they arrived. Also, they stopped at our home daily during the installation. The job was completed on time with no surprises. We were concerned about the dust and mess involved with removal of the existing tile, but the job was completed almost dust free! "I am taking this time to write because I feel compelled to do so after having your two carpet installers at my home on Saturday the 24th. I called on Monday to make sure I had at least one of the names of the installers--Dave Winter--and his helper, of which I am sorry to say I do not have his name. They we're supposed to arrive approx. 9:30-10:30 AM (good window). Well I was astounded when they arrived at 9:00--kudos to them!l I like it when people show up early and we can get on with the install and then have time to clean and straighten up afterwards. These gentlemen were so professional--they kept my husband and me in the loop the whole time which was very considerate. I can assure you the next time we need flooring it will be through your organization!"
